Supervised each year by a core team of event management professionals, the conference is organised executed by a team student designers chosen from some of Australia's best design schools, colleges and university programs.

The outcome: As one of around 30 student Committee Members for the 2001 event, I gained valuable experience in project management assistance, event assistance, communication, teamwork and time management. I was, with the team, responsible for the timely delivery of various speakers to their various speaking engagements as well as supervising smooth delivery of last minute scheduling changes which affected the program, the speakers and the public.
